If I could give them a zero I would. Had my vehicle for a month and they didn’t even touch it. Was told if we got it to them on a Monday we could have it done by the end of the week. A month went by. My fault for leaving it there so long but every time we called to check on it, it was …we are fixing to work on it. We are working on one that’s giving us trouble. Blah blah blah. Kept string us along for a MONTH and finally told her to leave the keys in it…they were done. All she could say was I hope this doesn’t leave a bad taste in your mouth. ??? What does that even mean? No assurance that they’d work on it soon or anything. Just…hope you’re not mad. It would’ve been different if she would’ve been honest from the start! I can’t speak to the skill of the mechanics, I’m sure they’re great at what they do. We just didn’t get a chance to know. She rubbed me the wrong way from the start. The first thing she said when she was told it was MY vehicle and it was a throw out bearing and a clutch problem was “Ohhh that’s the woman who don’t know how to drive a standard?” Who says that? Should’ve trusted our instincts. Also, Amber, just so you know, there IS a bad taste in our mouth. Have a go

Mark, Amber and the rest of the team are amazing! They are a straight forward family owned business. We've been taking our cars, trucks and semi truck to him for over a decade!

Got my 99 civic transmission done here. Took a bit but car has been fantastic since then 0% leaks. Definitely recommend. And Amber in the front office is super chill and is super polite! Thanks again Mark! 🤟🏼

I was referred to them by a co-worker of mine and was told that they are the best in Lubbock. So when I took them my Dodge 2500, they got it in and got it out pretty quick. They fixed the issue and explained to me the process of what they would be doing. Not only did they make me feel comfortable but also took care of the issue that I had and a little more. I would recommend them, as I have already, and would take more transmission work to them. It's hard to find a mechanic shop that is great pricing with quality service and Marks Transmissions is all of that. Highly recommend.

Mark is hands down one of, if not, the best mechanics. We first used Mark a couple years ago based on a referral and he now services all of our fleet vehicles. If you are like many who constantly look for an honest, reliable mechanic then he is your guy. The awesome prices are just an added perk.
